The Gillian incident. I just read the Ming Pao magazine interview on it. It is really, really sad and I feel so sorry for Gillian. I signed the petition yesterday, have been wondering if I should lodge the formal complaint. And now after reading the magazine, I've decided I will.

Gillian had a reporter sneak photos of her while she was changing after a concert in Malaysia and they were published in a magazine. That was just cheap and wrong of the reporter and I really hope he gets punished for that. Now all sorts of things are happening, she's having her head pasted on naked bodies and they're being on posted on porn sites. I just think that is WRONG. I don't know how the people did it, do they not have a conscience at all?

Formal complaints have to reach 10, 000 before the government will take action. This just makes me want to cry because the reporter should've been prosecuted straight away. Sure, Gillian's an artist, but she's only a singer and actress, not a porn star. Apparently, it's okay to take pictures of celebrities, but surely if it's pictures of a celebrity changing, then it'd be illegal?

The horrible magazine is even going to REPRINT the damn issue because immoral readers liked it!

The only way we could help Gillian is to make sure she gets the apology she deserves.
